Evimiz Bağdat Caddesi'ne paralel sokaktadır. Sapanca Gölü'ne yürüme mesafesinde olup, Kartepe kayak merkezine 20 dk sürüş mesafesindedir. Yeşillikler içinde, müstakil, geniş verandalı evimiz 1 dönüm arazi içerisinde 300 m2 kullanım alanına sahiptir. Doğalgazlı ısınmanın yanısıra şömine ve her odada klima mevcuttur.
Güleryüzlü,misafirlerimizin rahatlığı birinci görevi kabul eden,dost canlısı ve iletişimi kuvvetli olan bir insan..
