The entire property is exclusively yours during your stay. The villa features 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a spacious open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 additional bathrooms. A private rooftop terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views of Samos Island, Çiçek Island, Akarca Bay, and the coastline stretching toward the ancient city of Teos.
