My propert is located to the west of Trinidad close to the coast line .You have a majestic view of the sea from there.It is 15 mins away from Port -of-spain. It is situated close to where most of the big carnival fetes are held .Supermarket , bars ,shops are walking distance .Even if you would like to have fresh fish it is close by.Since it is located at the mountain side at the western coast line it is not very hot but has a cool effect.Birds even some wild life may be able to be seen .It is a great place to relax and is still very close to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.There are restaurants close by .A petting zoo,beaches,an amusement park, a golfing field and ziplining activity.Lots of activities can be done close to my area There is also a nature walk and bike trail if you love to do those sort of things.I can also provide breakfast ,car rental ,airport pickup etc .If you desire .It is a home away from home .Please note well I donot have a point of sale system. So cash transactions are preferred.
It is a resedential quiet area .which is about 1 -2 mins walk from the main road.There are bars and shops and a fishing depot situated at the main road .You can also get local cusine for eg."doubles" and local dishes at the main road all located close to the corner of the street.You have a great view of the sea and mountain sides and nature a relaxing place to be.If you like nature we have nature walks and you can also get excursion to see our gasparee caves, small islands surrounding trinidad and we have an amusement five island park which has rock climbing,water park etc. 5mins away you can enjoy a game of golf and a take a relaxibg walk at our boardwalk by the beach.There are clubs close by for night life activities and restaurants .My place is in a dead end so no cars and traffic so it is very quiet and safe for children at the road side.
