“附近為住宅區，所以無論什麼時間都很安靜，有一個小小的庭院，白天天氣好還可以在庭院曬曬太陽，夜晚也可以在庭院吹吹晚風，客廳有個大桌子，適合買外賣回來後，在客廳聚餐，因為是老宅改的，房間內空間不是很大，所以，建議在庭院或客廳聊天休息。是一個很適合渡假放空的地方”
