“優點： 1.入住跟退房均為無人式管理，能提供給部份不善社交的住客絕對的空間，但民宿溝通上很充分，我自己可能蠻注意細節的，便一一透過line詢問問題，民宿方面也很有耐心的一一回覆，並盡量的滿足住客。 2.因為訂房前會習慣看每間低分評價的部份，發現皇裔也是一直持續在進步跟改善，例如可能為了質感、美觀，好像衣架預設並沒有提供很多，後來透過溝通其實都可以調整需求；還有最早好像沒有提供冰箱，現在也都有提供，而且提供的“杯子”真的很漂亮！ 3.一開始以為為了符合整體氛圍，可能燈光會偏暗，但其實也是...”
