“應該是老旅社翻新，整體乾淨明亮，離火車站不算遠，若是開車則要在旁邊建南路上找車位。 最貼心的是每個床位旁都有小床頭櫃和插座！”

“住宿地點離收費停車場都很近，而且櫃台阿姨很親切，推薦旅館對面的快炒店很好吃，旁邊的飲料店也很好喝。一樓大廳也有附上小餅乾可供享用，房間很溫馨舒服，這次入住二晚睡得很安穩。”

“在屏東車站出來租WEMO騎機車過去很方便大概5~10分鐘，附近有超商、夜市都算方便，服務人員也很親切，還有自助咖啡機跟零食餅乾可以自取用、1樓有公共冰箱”

“服務人員親切，入住說明時房門電子鎖感應不良，馬上更換電池解決問題；離萬年溪燈會會場很近，且附近生活機能很好，走路很多商店。房間隔音普通會聽到外面車聲，但晚上還蠻安靜，只有早上從門外聽到其他住客講話聲音。一樓有飲水機，小點心，晚上十點後需感應大門進出，樓梯間有不同角度的監視器，沒有電梯，二樓往三樓的樓梯較陡。三人房會給三床被子很貼心。”

“水壓非常充足，熱水不用等、床夠軟 設備都很新 (可惜只有第四台，如果有串流媒體就無懈可擊了) 一樓有飲水機、少許零食可以索取 也有免費的現磨黑咖啡機器（NK-C121）可以自己操作 三樓的302 窗戶剛好可以正面迎著早起的太陽快速起床 (也可用窗簾遮擋) 住宿體驗比那些飯店都好上不少，對於常常外出旅宿的我，這間也算Top級別的了 老闆娘人也非常熱情呢”
