“受限於金瓜石山區路窄地不平，停車場距離住宿地點，必須提行李走階梯往下，民宿是過去礦工舊屋重新翻新，整體環境優美雅緻，且具有歷史文化意義。 我們住兩人房，樓上是臥室，樓下為客廳與浴室，寬敞舒適，設施完善，暖氣、除濕機一應俱全，即是雨天低溫，也不會潮濕受冷。 老闆與老闆娘提供許多旅遊資訊，非常受益。”
