“住宿位置很適合走逛勝利新村。這一區雖然已經翻新，但還是有老眷村的文教區，新舊融合感。位置接近巷弄內，晚上很安靜。鄰居應該也都很早睡。但我的體驗感，一路被隔壁也是入住在這的房客，聊天的聲響一路吵到凌晨一點。我想他們可能都不知道隔壁聽的多清楚。😭耳塞都塞不住啊。總之，工作人員很親切，老房子性價比，算不錯了~”

“我覺得以價格來說還蠻好的，起碼環境還算乾淨的，雖然說隔音是有點不太好，不過老闆很好心的提供免費耳塞，說實話，如果要住得很好很舒服的，那就是要多花錢去飯店或者是商旅，一分錢一分貨，我覺得以這個價格來說，很適合小家庭或者是獨旅或背包客”
