“很舒服的住宿經驗，如果再去臺東一定會先看有沒有空房再住這裡。 停車是在附近的公共停車場，停一晚算起來也不貴（大約150～200之間） 民宿位置走10多分鐘能到夜市，和舊鐵路文創市集等等，附近也有很多知名的或是連鎖的餐廳，走到超商也是10分鐘左右。 房屋佈置很用心有放鬆的感覺，床很好躺、空間舒適、淋浴水壓和熱度很足，有公用飲水機、咖啡機、冰箱，還有泡麵跟特色乖乖餅乾糖果小零食。”
