“一覽無遺的風景，前方亦是鹿野高台，吹著涼風，偶爾看著遠方的山景，讓人感到十分舒服。 一、二樓外部也都有桌椅供人休息、聊天，內部二樓也有沙發讓人休息，一樓更有讓人飲食的地方。 隔天的早餐也是非常豐盛美味，吃完在出去走走踏青，實在享受。”

“剛好是鹿野旅遊淡季，此時來可以享受包棟感受，沒有熱氣球但有遼闊大草原，晚上雖多雲運氣好仍能看到無光害冬季大三角，早餐CP值極高，還有原住民特色小米粽，交誼廳有免費餅乾自助吧，房間極乾淨，連窗簾都很乾淨，所有的設施都很新，所以很驚訝開暖氣時有飄出一點味道，可能有濕氣在內吧所以未使用空調，但不開暖氣棉被也夠溫暖，瑕不掩瑜”
