Niujiao Seaside Guesthouse is located in Fuxing Village (Niujiao Village), Nangan Township, Matsu. The property consists of two buildings, officially registered as Lienchiang County guesthouses No. 246 and No. 282. (Building One) is a traditional Mindong-style house with a “Five Ridges and Four Slopes” structure. The roof is weighted with roof stones, and the exterior walls are built with solid granite masonry. The interior structure is entirely constructed with Fuzhou fir wood using traditional joinery and wooden partitions, so soundproofing is limited. During the day, guests can enjoy the historic military scenery. At night, lying in bed surrounded by the natural aroma of wood and the sound of ocean waves, guests can fall asleep peacefully. Building One is suitable for groups of three to five friends to reserve an entire floor for a shared stay. (Building Two) is located directly in front of Building One. It was formerly one of the military bunkers defending Nangan Island, designated as Defense Point No. 14, and once controlled access for fishermen from Niujiao Village, the largest fishing village in Matsu. Niujiao Seaside Guesthouse is located on the first row facing the sea, making it an ideal place to watch the Blue Tears and walk on sparkling star sand. Guests may choose between the traditional Mindong-style architecture of Building One or the minimalist style of Building Two.
