“為了去旭海看日出而入住此地，是一個小小的村落，周遭有兩三間咖啡廳。門口有兩個車位，客房都在一樓，這次入住是最外面的那間，樸素而不落俗套的房間，床鋪舒適，該有的都有，也很乾淨。雖然對外是一整面玻璃，但有厚重的窗簾遮擋，即使是白天也完全不會有光線透進來。環境幽靜，附近騎車5分鐘以內有一間全家。”

“老闆很熱心。我從恆春騎到太麻里，遇到大暴雨，全身都濕透了。入住的時候把小客廳弄得全是水，我怪不好意思的。老闆幫我拖地，還說沒關係，讓我把腳踏車停進來。感謝！ 背包客房的床位是我在台灣睡過最讚的，空間很大，有折疊門可以關上，有點像個小房間。打掃得很整潔。 小客廳有飲水機。外面還有脫水機可免費使用，很方便，衣服脫完水在房間晾一晚上就可以幹。”
