“一樓有廚房跟客餐廳可使用，還有些小餅乾跟水果免費供應。屋主的接待及說明很清楚，因為去參加大鵬灣鐵人三項，還特別讓我們參賽完後回去洗澡。停車時也會安排位置，附近有全聯跟便利商店還有不錯的小餐廳。離潮州市區也很近。真的是安靜又溫馨的一個民宿，值得大家來住住。”

“夏慕里11號旅店地點優，距離新潮州夜市騎車五分鐘內抵達，早餐配合早安美之城，餐點美味可口😋，整間旅店可以感覺出闆娘的用心，還有提供簡單餅乾、零食、泡麵，是來潮州旅遊必推旅店，讚喔👍！”

“浴缸很大很舒服！ 床鋪也是很大很舒服！ 整個房間加上陽台很寬敞！ 附近就是新潮州夜市，很方便！ 早上附贈美之城早餐券，方便好吃！ 有車庫可以停車，還有腳踏車可以借（我沒有借 有附贈小點心跟限量泡麵充飢很貼心 水沒了還有瓶裝水可以拿取，不怕沒有補給！”

“民宿位於小巷，從愛國路上轉進巷子就到了，鬧中取靜，聽說夜市搬到附近，可惜當天沒開，不然聽民宿說走路很快就能到夜市。 透天改的民宿，這排連棟透天前幾戶都是他們的，沒電梯，一樓或路邊可停車，算是蠻好停的，公共區域有免費提供茶水、泡麵、點心還有香蕉，不確定水果是否都一直是香蕉。 這次住的是2樓，在前陽台這間，房間還算大，有落地窗，浴室寬敞有浴缸， 這次是在booking.com上訂房，CP值高，刷卡需多加2%，沒早餐。”

“是比較新的房子，都蠻乾淨、布置很溫馨舒適，也有私人停車位(汽車、機車都可)、也有提供腳踏車、廚房、還有洗衣機、冰箱可使用 把所有門窗都關上後的隔音也算不錯，不過也因為入住當天沒有其他住戶，所以不是很確定人多及廚房有人使用時的聲音干擾程度大不大”
