On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious kitchen-studio with all necessary equipment (refrigerator, kettle, stove, microwave, dishes), a bathroom, an LCD TV with Smart TV, air conditioning, folding double sofas. On the terrace of the first floor, as we say in Odessa - You can live! On it are a table with benches and chairs for relaxing in the fresh air, two deck chairs with mattresses and of course a barbecue with accessories. On the second floor there are two separate bedrooms with air conditioning, a second bathroom and an exit to the terrace of the second floor. Total capacity 8 people. To the sea less than one minute!
