The spacious villa consists of three floors: First floor: Living room with leather corner, Smart TV, seating area, air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, full set of dishes and utensils for cooking and eating) Dining area with a large table. Swimming pool, with seating area, bathroom and shower. Sauna Billiards Hallway, bathroom Second floor: Master bedroom with King Size bed (200x200) with its own bathroom (shower, jacuzzi, double sink), wardrobe, air conditioning, access to the terrace. Spacious bedroom with a large bed, seating area with leather sofas, children's area with a double sofa bed, air conditioning. Bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and its own bathroom. Bedroom with a double bed in the Hello Kitty style, air conditioning. Bedroom with a double bed in the Super Sonic style, air conditioning. Bedroom with a double and single bed in the Lightning McQueen style, air conditioning. Bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. All bedrooms use orthopedic mattresses, anti-allergenic pillows and high-quality bed linen. Third floor: Relaxation area with leather sofas Workroom Kitchen (refrigerator, industrial freezer, stove) Dining area Bathroom Area: Arbor with a large stone table Barbecue area with all necessary equipment (skewer, grill, fan, sink) Terrace with upholstered furniture Indoor garage for 2 cars with its own entrance to the villa Parking for 2 cars in front of the garage. In case of power outage, there is a generator connected to the gas main. There is also a concrete basement on the -1 floor.

The villa is located in the Sauvignon 1 cooperative, 2 minutes from the sea by car (850m). The territory is under 24/7 security and video surveillance. There is also a pass regime at the entrance. This guarantees peace and safety of stay. Currently, "Sauvignon" is a kind of brand, well-known not only in Odessa but far beyond its borders. It is the name of success, prosperity and well-being. This is a place where everyone is their own. Within walking distance there are two minimarkets, a pharmacy, several restaurants, a sushi bar. Within 5 minutes by car there are two supermarkets "Tavria B", two minimarkets, a bakery, a gym and much more. Within walking distance there are two sandy beaches with cafes, sun loungers and SUP board rental. Also, a 4-minute drive away (1.6 km) is the private beach complex "East" with various recreation areas by the sea, full-service cuisine and excellent service, and most importantly, with a decent contingent of visitors.
