The property is privately owned and is all fenced off with 24 hours CCTV cameras for extra security. Its in a very quite neighbourhood of KIzungu ; {literally meaning White, because traditionally the area has been popular with many white residents since the colonial times.

This place sits on an acre of land on the Makindye Kizungu hill top. Kizungu is derived from Mzungu which locally means white person, and henceforth, the area has always been a residence of many white expatriates and governors since colonial times.
