Luxe Miami Condos by Joe Semary is a customizable property marketing and Hosting service located in Miami Beach. We have a diverse portfolio of units located at the 1 Hotel, Z Hotel, Mondrian, Abae, and Barbizon Hotel Condos. Since 2012, Luxe Miami Condos has been providing various services for investment and secondary homes. Services Included Are: Professional front-of-house hosting for vacation rentals. Management details from advertising, guest reservations, guest arrival & departure. Room inspections, maintenance of your investment, and cleaning services. Relocation services long and short term. Luxury property search optimization. Property sales and real estate services.

You have access to the entire condo with the exception of owners lock closet. Access to the the Gym, Pool and sun chairs(closes at sunset as all do in Miami Beach), valet parking(surcharge) the on-site spa (surcharge). No Hotel room services provided, all sales are point of sale in the building. Please check the unit style and room number when reserving. We have many units with different rates for our 2 bedrooms, studios, and suites. No daily resort fee on arrival. IDs required for check in. Name must match ID on arrival. Number of guests match booking. Strict; Check in after 4 PM, No check in after 11 PM. Daily cleaning and amenities replenish is not included in the price. Inquire on pricing if desired, an advance notice is required. Valet Parking seasonal rates per day. Strict; Non smoking room. Please keep in mind you are solely our guest, in our private suite. In the event of a problem or emergency, you must contact our team, 24 hours a day. You are leasing a privately owned Unit operating independently from the Hotel. You are our private guest, and not one of the Hotel. This may result in some amenity limitations such as maid service and no front desk calls. You are supplied with an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and amenities for a few days. Units are supplied with an air mattress for guests supporting over two. Being a resident vacation rental and unless housekeeping is scheduled during your stay these amenities inside the room are not replenished. We do provide daily maid services on request at current rates. Discounts apply for multiple cleanings. Check in at the front desk Hotel guest must be provided a picture ID for guest verification and registration on arrival matching the reservation name. All rules and policy mirror the hotel guest policy. No Smoking anywhere in the hotel or hotel grounds. Unless otherwise arranged, check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.

Set in the local quieter upscale resident area of West Avenue, you are within walking of local cafes, bistros, shops, cleaners, and bars. A Whole Foods is located across the street. There is City Bike access out front of the building, and the Beach Boardwalk can be accessed at 5th and Alton near where the Miami Beach Marina is. Lincoln Road Mall and the Beach are both less than 1 Mile away.
