A rare find in a beach community where houses are kept generation to generation. Walking distance to quaint private beach in very peaceful ,prisitgous shoreline community. Birds singing, wafting honey suckle scents,beautiful blue hydrangas and forever views of Long Island Sound add to the ambiance of serene walks and lazy days spent at private beach. Gorgeous sunsets and sunrises over Long Island are a guarantee . Located in the very desirable charming town of Guilford, Ct that is abuzz with gourmet dining, pubs, shopping and concerts on beautiful town green. This is the ultimate beach getaway . The apartment is brand new and has a full bed with a comfy leather couch and a cot upon request. A microwave, coffee maker, refridgerator and dining table along with a large Smart TV is offered. Owner of property has lived in community for over 50 years. This apartment is indeed the perfect beach getaway.
