Beautiful condo in downtown Asheville! Amazing outdoor space and contemporary design in this very convenient condo in downtown Asheville. This second floor condo features a queen bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. Located on Biltmore Ave. in downtown, you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore Estate is just a short drive away. One parking space is available, but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe-type vehicle. This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). Downtown
