Pet Policy This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of 499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation. - This Apt. does NOT HAVE ACCESS to the patio as it belongs to apartments 1 & 2 on the ground floor. - There are no BBQs or Air conditioning on the Property. However, Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a rate of 399 plus applicable taxes for up to 7 nights. (Max 1 per unit) - All public hallways and outdoor spaces are monitored by security cameras.
