ANY VIOLATION (YES EVEN PARKING) WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC EVICTION. OCCUPANCY - Overnight Occupancy: 4 people. (after 9pm) *** - Daytime Occupancy may not exceed 6 people without written consent. NOISE - City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 9pm - 7am. (Tenants must comply with Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 10.26.015 pertaining to acceptable Decibel Levels, 55 DBA (7am-9pm) and 50 DBA (9pm - 7am) - Amplified Music is not Permitted. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). If neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance. PARKING There is no designated parking included with this unit. Public street parking on Balboa Blvd is available on a first-come, first-served basis and street sweeping/paid parking signs and rules must be followed. Please do not attempt to park in any of the garage spaces or block the alley. PETS - If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge will be applied to your reservation.
