Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or allowed to roam freely on the property. • Guests are fully responsible for their pets at all times, including any injury, damage, or disturbance caused—both on and off the property. • Any incidents involving a pet (including bites, attacks, or property damage) are the sole responsibility of the guest. Aggressive or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited. Any pet showing threatening behavior must be removed immediately. • Host/Property Owner assumes no liability for pet-related incidents. • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Host/Property Owner from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their pet. • Excessive noise, aggressive behavior, or complaints may result in immediate removal without refund.
