Gothic revival home built circa 1867 by the Reverend Cornelius VanDeventer. Peaceful place to wake up, have coffee on the outer brick patio, and do some bird watching. Home is located in historic Museum Hill Area. Centrally located to downtown attractions. The Missouri Theater, restaurants, antique shops, and museums. Equipped with Wi-Fi, and a designated work space. Located 3.4 miles from Missouri Western State University. Home Of the Super-Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs training camp.
Historical district. Many museums and things to do downtown. Good restaurants.
