Victorian style home built in 1890, with themed and authentic decor, large front porch and deck for enjoying nature. A spacious sun porch and warm kitchen for visiting or enjoying a cup of coffee. We are located in heart of downtown Llano, close to local shops and our ever famous Llano river. Ideal for hunters who come to the area for great game or traveling tourist who come for the festivals. We offer personalized breakfast or brunch included with your stay. Each room, except our Garden room, offers an on-suite bath, closet space and/or dresser for your stay. The Conductor's suite and The Queen's retreat offer private entrances for your ease of coming and going during your stay. We provide cable tv, wifi( upon request) and breakfast or brunch from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Guest are welcome to enjoy the porch, deck and outside sitting areas. Enjoy our sun room, have breakfast/brunch in the kitchen or outside on the porch when weather permits.
Lighthearted, friendly, accommodating host. Well educated, work in education and enjoy all the fine arts. I give my guest space, but I am available when needed. We have pets onsite and will accommodate yours with prior approval. If you have pet allergies or do not like pets, then we may not be the place for you to stay. We do keep our rooms "pet clean" and keep our pets away from guests so you can enjoy your stay.
Llano is a great little town to visit. We have BBQ, live rodeos, crawfish festival, Earth and Art festival, Jet ski racing in July and a lovely 4th celebration with fireworks on the Llano river. If you need or are looking for something, just ask, if it's nearby, we will help you find it!
