We are a 1980's themed experience. Guests will have a private entrance, private half bath w/shower and kitchen access. The 80's arcade is the largest private collection on the east coast. Your totally awesome bedroom is located within a brick ranch-style home. The room is 80's themed and filled with vintage 80's decor where everything is fully functional. There are 2 comfortable twin beds and 2 comfy retro couches designed to keep you gaming, watching VHS movies or snoozing for hours. Your stay includes: A 3 hour block in our MASSIVE 80's arcade museum! Every game console ever made! An 80's stereo stocked with 80's vinyl! A VHS library...and so much more! We are ages 10 and up. All of the arcade games are from the 70's to 1984 representing the golden age of arcades. We've hosted stays from all over the world as this 80's experience is one-of-a-kind. Whether you're an 80's kid or an 80's junkie, you'll swear you've time traveled back to the 80's!
I am an IT analyst for a local health care provider. I am also curator at Wieners & Losers 80's arcade museum. I enjoy the restoration process of classic 80's arcade games and all things 1980's.
The home is situated in a peaceful community close to Wake Forest University. There are lots of nearby restaurants and coffee options.
