Come stay at this 2 BR condo in the highly coveted Savannah Shores complex located in the Arcadian Shores area near tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment and a short golf cart ride (included) from the beach. The complex has first-class amenities including a pool, grilling area, tennis and volleyball courts and even a putting green!!! The living room has a mounted TV, fireplace and pull out couch and the 2nd BR has bunkbeds. The unit is fully stocked for your beach & golf vacation. If planning to use the golf cart, you will need to fill out a rental agreement and provide proof of insurance, driver's license and a 250 dollar mostly refundable deposit (for stays 3 days or less I will keep fifty dollars; for stays 4 days or more I will keep one hundred dollars). Payment can be made via Paypal, Venmo or Zelle.

Located in the Savannah Shores community of Arcadian Shores, close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row and a short golf cart (included) ride (or walk) from the beach. Also 10 minutes from the Boardwalk and airport. Free parking on-site and golf cart included with rental (provided you fill out the rental agreement and provide proof of insurance, driver's license and a two hundred fifty dollar mostly refundable deposit) which you can take to/from the beach and other nearby areas.
