TWO ROOMS for the PRICE of ONE! One part of the home that is Secluded from the rest. This is a TWO ROOM SUITE and BATHROOM ONLY. There are no other shared spaces. There is NO LAUNDRY or KITCHEN access. This Place has a Private Entry and keyless entry so guests can come and go as they please. No KIDS under 13. PLEASE do Not come before 4pm as the room Will Not be ready and may disturb the other guest. Severely Allergic to pet hair. No pets whatsoever. We have doorbell and outdoor Cameras.

This place is less than 10 ten minutes from downtown Athens and 5.2 miles from the UGA Stadium. We are a 20 mile straight shot from Jefferson, Georgia. Walking distance to bus stop
