Private Lodge with a boutique hotel feel. 4 BR/2 Bath, Host 12: HOT TUB, 2 Fireplaces, 2 Jacuzzis, Kitchen & Game Room The Chalet is an 1800 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with outdoor HOT TUB, 2 indoor jacuzzi jetted tubs, fireplace, stocked kitchen, hardwood & tile floors, cathedral & vaulted ceilings, central AC, pool table, table tennis, foosball, nok hockey, multiple televisions, washer & dryer. SLEEPS 12. The dining area will accommodate 12 adults, with additional seating at the near-by bar area. The decks overlook the wooded property on 1/2 acre of land. It is a perfect home for large family gatherings, reunions, birthdays and is kid friendly with a crib, pack-n-play & high chair. - All Guests must be at least 30 years of age, unless accompanied by their parents/guardians. NO PROMS. - Check In/Out time can be flexible, depending if the lodge is rented before / after you. - Hosts 12. Hello, my name is Ricky and I’m a designer from NJ. I grew up in upstate NY, lived in NYC for 15 years then moved to Maplewood with my family. We have family in the Poconos and love enjoying what every season has to offer, but in the summer we also love to travel. We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do and feel like is your home away from home! Interesting fact: I was a professional actor for a decade while performing in two Broadway National Tours and 40 + shows! To this day I can't live without singing, dancing, sailing . . . and dark chocolate! We have been dreaming for years of owning a place of our own in the Poconos, close to our family. We waited until had the opportunity to purchase a home in the amazing Arrowhead Lake community. I didn't go on many vacations as a child and now I get to share this beautiful home and community with my family, friends and new guests we hope will come back every year to share in all that the Poconos has to offer. We are truly blessed and hope you get the same feeling we do every time we return. Please note: the property is in a gated community with required fees and guests must sign a lease after booking.
