PEAK MONTHS: May - September are our PEAK season months and rented a minimum of 7 days which run from Saturday through Saturday. Off-season can be booked for a 3-day minimum booking. Condo is on the 4th floor- elevator accessible (no elevator key needed). Enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Assateague Island, Ocean City Inlet and the Bay, all from your fully furnished, private balcony! You can even watch the wild ponies on Assateague Beach!! Beautifully landscaped condo building with elevator and covered parking garage. You will love the beautiful Waterfront Views. Pool with a large surrounding Sun Deck! ...lots of lounge chairs! and an outdoor shower. NO NEED TO DRIVE!! SAVE, gas, and time!! Don't waste vacation time driving, stuck in traffic, and searching for parking. Staying at Assateague House means you'll never need to drive downtown to the Boardwalk because you're already there! Just two short blocks to the boards & beach and NO highway to cross! PLUS! FREE fishing pier right on Worcester Street! PARKING: There is one assigned parking spot for the unit in the covered parking garage under the building. There is a second "shared" parking spot on the Condo parking lot. If you have two vehicles, we recommend that you park in the shared space first that may not be used as frequently. We are not responsible for illegally parked vehicles. There are additional free city parking spaces on Worcester Street next to the condo building available on a first come first serve basis. Additional Reserved Parking Space is available for a nominal fee by the White Marlin Marina Sleeping Arrangement: Master bedroom- 1 Queen, 2nd bedroom- 2 Full-size, Living Room- 2 Sofa beds **LINENS and SUPPLIES: Linens are not provided for the beds. Please bring your own bath and beach towels, as well as additional paper products and soap. There is a queen bed in the Master BR, and two full-sized beds in the guest BR. PET FEE COLLECTED DIRECTLY- RESTRICTIONS
We own and operate all our properties- we are on-site most of the time in Ocean City for assistance
The neighborhood and building are family-orientated, this is not a party building, very safe and in front of the White Marlin Marina (waterfront). Toast Restaurant is downstairs.
