We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable space for our guests and look forward to welcoming you to our home. Thoughtfully decorated, spacious, and open concept 3 bedroom apartment in the center of the South Side Flats entertainment district. Everything you need is within steps of your front door - restaurants, grocery, and entertainment. 5 minutes from downtown. Apartment has living room with fold out futon as well. Short distance from Heinz Field, PNC Park, Rivers Casino, PPG Paints Arena, and all the downtown Pittsburgh attractions. Easy access to t University of Pittsburgh. This is a 2nd Floor apartment. Must climb one set of stairs. 1 Bedroom apartment downstairs from this apartment is also available to rent for bigger groups. 1 Bedroom apartment downstairs from this apartment is also available to rent for bigger groups. 3 Bedroom apartment next door is also available. Free street parking is generally available however this is a high traffic residential neighborhood. As with any large city parking near the apartment is not guaranteed during peak demand times such as weekends and evenings. The neighborhood is highly walkable and public transportation extremely efficient for guests who plan on parking and exploring the city without their vehicle.
