EXCEPTIONALLY DECORATED FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER. Kim and Woody Woodin owned and operated a bed and breakfast in Ouray, Colorado for many years. We have moved back to Flagstaff to continue our work as bed and breakfast owners just on a smaller scale. Hospitality is our name. We live on site and cater to our guests need. We want our home to be your home away from home. We have a combined total of 20 + years in hospitality and small business ownership. We will exceed your expectations.

● Located in a beautiful home in the NOHO District near historic downtown Flagstaff that has been converted into a bed and breakfast inn with superior quality and modern amenities. ● 303 BnB has 4 private guest suites with state-of-the-art furnishings, all with ensuite bath facilities. ● Top quality breakfast will be served each morning in the light and bright breakfast area which boasts a fireplace and water feature. ● The common area guest living/game/theater has a wall mounted fireplace, 70” TV as well as an 8-seat custom poker/reading/game table, shuffleboard, console Pacman/Galaga video game with 410 offerings, board games, and a guest kitchenette offering complimentary coffee/tea and plenty of individual storage in the refrigerator/freezer for guests. ● High speed Internet is available throughout the inn with current updated Internet and Cat-5 delivery systems. All TVs are big screen and “Smart” capable so you can enjoy all your favorite programming you view at home in your room or in the guest living room. ● Guests will have the opportunity two outdoor patio areas.
