Walter and I are local real estate agents and when we purchased our vacation rentals we did so with you in mind. We wanted properties that would be conveniently located to airport, tranquil, perfect for both couples and business travelers. There's shopping, entertainment, great food, and so much more! Additionally, it is located near both Clearwater and St. Pete. Incredible view of Tampa at any time of the day - outdoor volleyball court - outdoor grill for BBQ. Enjoy the island living within the beautiful Tampa!
