Renovated throughout in 2018 with updated kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and tiled backsplash. Hardwood floors in living spaces, carpeted bedrooms. Master bedroom with walk-in closet, vanity and sink with separate shower, toilet and access to the covered porch overlooking Oak Island Golf Course. Dining seating for 4 plus 4 at the bar, gas fireplace in living room. Covered porch with swing and deck furniture. Outside shower with hot and cold water. Community pool access to 2 seasonal pools. Military discount available (contact Oak Island Accommodations for full details and eligibility requirements). Please note that no pets are allowed at this vacation rental. The Caswell Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowners association's recommendation.
