Cozy one-level 3 bedroom family home on a large plot perfect for a group with kids or 3 couples looking for a place to stay near downtown. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway. Also space to enjoy the outdoors in the backyard, with a play system and fire pit.

A native of Raleigh and dad to 3 small kids, his work leaves this cozy home vacant for most of the year. Would love to have someone feel at home here.

Quiet neighborhood with a variety of families: young, older, with kids & pets, retired. The street doesn't have much traffic except the residents. Location allows for easy connection to Downtown Raleigh, Cary, Garner, as well as quick access to I-40
