This is a quiet cul-de-sac home within 2,600 of the river. A 1970's themed property, the G.O.A.T. of space with 2,000 sq ft interior space and two properties for your trailers, RV's, boats and toys. You get the entire bubble of the cul-de-sac for your use; off street parking. The free boat launch ramp is less that 1/2 mile away and the famous Desert Bar is behind the property about 5 miles away. Just off the Parker Strip this home is centrally located to the river, shopping, restaurants and the Casino.
Easy going, laid back, easy to get ahold of and willing to correct any issue. As long as I'm given the chance, I want your stay to be great and smooth!
This is a typical Parker neighborhood, it is not fancy, it is not the Keys or the Hilton. This is a small party town atmosphere so if you haven't been before be forewarned it's trailers, good people and is safe just not pretty. Do your research first, Google map it, look at the pictures as we show our street clearly and maps. Please don't show up and complain as you've been warned. The house is very nice and clean, one of the best in Parker so be kind and aware.
