Our home is on just over 5 acres of heavily wooded land so although neighboring houses are visible during the winter, the property is very private. The house is easily accessible from New York and New Jersey by car — take the I-87 thruway to exit 20. The house is located in Hunter, about 30 minutes past Kingston. There is train service from NYC Penn Station to Hudson, NY. Hudson is 30 minute drive from the house. There are multiple bus carriers offering service between NYC and Hunter.
