This adorable soundside cottage is the epitome of charm. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation home has everything you need to relax and enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer. When you walk through the front door of this open floorplan, you will be greeted by modern furnishings with a retro charm. Lounge on the sofa or one of the two oversized armchairs. Across from the living area is where you will find the dining area tucked away. It features a round table with seating for 4. The well-appointed kitchen is located on the other side of the living area. It features all of the necessities for preparing coastal cuisine and now includes a dishwasher and countertop ice maker for relaxing evenings with a cool drink or the perfect reprieve on a warm summer day. A buffet table offers extra kitchen storage and is also where you will find utensils, plates, retro drinkware, a Keurig and more. When it's time to retire, both bedrooms can be found across from the kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed with a TV; the other bedroom features a pyramid bunk (twin-over-full). Both rooms have a closet to store all of your beach clothes! The full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located off of the kitchen as well. Step outside onto the deck and relax on the outdoor loveseat while you soak in the sunshine and salt air. Go downstairs and head to the large backyard and you'll find a spacious outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off the sand after a long day on the beach.
