Property info

We are privately own condo, not a hotel. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. We contact our guest by PHONE and require your EMAIL ADDRESS, so we can send our Welcome Letter and our Rental Agreement for you to review and to initial and sign. Reservations made 30 days or less prior to arrival date require a full payment at time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Damage Deposit secured via Credit Card and PayPal is required a day prior to your arrival date. Failure to remit payments in full and to sign Rental Agreement may result in loss of your payment(s) and lost of your Reservation. Groups with more than 6 occupants will be charge an additional fee per person, per night, up to 8 occupants. In the event Owner discovers more occupants in unit than the stated number of guests, party will be subject to a fee deducted from the Damage Deposit provided the day prior to guest’s arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any question or concerns or alternatives to your booking with us.
