The main master suite features a king bed, direct pool access, a 55” TV, walk-in closet, and luxurious ensuite with garden tub, double shower, and quartz twin-sink vanity. The front-facing queen bedroom is stylish and cozy, with a smart TV and ample storage. The open-plan kitchen, fully stocked and equipped with stainless appliances, a Keurig, and more, flows into a breakfast nook and formal dining area—both with pool and golf views. The main living room offers plush seating, a 75” TV, and access to the screened pool area with spa, loungers, and an 8-person dining table. A queen guest room with ensuite sits at the rear of the home for added privacy. Kids will love the Harry Potter bunk room (Pottery Barn décor, 32” TV), and Lightning McQueen room with Cars-themed details and its own smart TV. The newly redesigned Super Mario games room (2023) features epoxy flooring, pool table, foosball, air hockey, basketball, and TV. Upstairs, the Star Wars movie room includes an 85” TV, blackout curtains, and a cozy sofa—perfect for relaxing after the parks. Highlands Reserve is located on US 27 about 5 miles north of Interstate-4. Guests can use the community facilities free of charge including the outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and children’s play area with swings, slides and climbing frames. There is also golf and a driving range available for an additional fee. The golf club has a café bar serving beer, soft drinks, snacks and ice cream, open to all. 15-20 minutes away from Disney, 40 minutes to both Universal Studios and Orlando International Airport. Within easy reach is Berry Town Center (5 minutes’ drive or a short 15 minute walk) which has everything you need during your stay including a Publix supermarket, CVS, Starbucks, IHOP, Applebees and a Twistee Treat! All for your convenience for your self-catering needs and experiencing Florida living.
