A wood-burning fire pit provides the perfect complement to the serene surroundings. The cabin's convenient location just west of Keuka Lake offers an ideal location for exploring all the best of the Finger Lakes, including beaches, on-the-water activities, wineries, farm shops, and charming villages. Hammondsport is only eight miles away, and Bath is within a 15-mile drive. The nearby Prattsburg town center offers convenient amenities like a market, a convenience store, a cafe, a post office, and a library. The cabin's loft-style interior showcases stylish Adirondack-inspired decor, with vaulted ceilings and ample windows providing a bright, airy ambience, and a smart TV anchors the living area. The open-concept full kitchen is ready and equipped for tasty home cooking. Additional home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. This home has well water, which may have a sulfur smell due to the natural composition of the water in the area. This odor is normal and does not affect the quality or safety of the water. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning. **This home is on a private well for water. You may occasionally notice a slight sulfur (rotten egg) odor in the water due to naturally occurring minerals.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
