The town of Boone is less than fifteen minutes away and has many local restaurants and breweries, local shopping in downtown Boone, and several parks the kids in your party will love. Banner Elk is less than twenty away and features local dining, wineries, and the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster. Downtown Blowing Rock, about twenty minutes from the cabin, is perfect for a stroll, window shopping, or having a bite to eat.
