This comfortable and inviting condo is located near downtown Depoe Bay and is the ideal home for your family’s next vacation or weekend getaway to the beautiful Oregon Coast! The condo features a full kitchen plus a roomy living room with a gas fireplace and large windows that allow in plenty of sunshine and some amazing views of the Pacific. Guests will enjoy spending warm summer days on the grass yard just outside the condo which also offers amazing sunsets and stunning views of the coastline. The home is just a short walk from downtown Depoe Bay with its variety of fun shops and restaurants. Depoe Bay is also home to the “World’s Smallest Harbor”, so don’t forget to stop by the overlook and watch the fishing boats going in and out of the harbor. From the harbor, you can take a whale-watching tour or board a charter for some deep-sea fishing. Boiler Bay and Rocky Creek are two great viewpoints to visit and are just a short drive from the home. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
