Wonderful hillside home with an entertainers dream backyard, and a large open floor plan. This 3 bed 3 bath has an 80 gallon hot water heater and 2 fridges. Free frisbee golf course in neighborhood, 1.5 miles to river adventures, 2 miles to Downtown, the River Arts District or UNCA. 7 miles to the Biltmore Estate and Village, 8 miles to the Outlet Mall, 9 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway entrance. Or stay in with all our comfortable amenities.
I manage the house for my sister Cathie. We have enjoyed working with guests for several years now. We are native to the area though I live outside of Ft Bragg due to military service. We give the guests their space. We can be reached by phone or message any time day or night and we can arrive at property in less than 30 minuets if needed.
Our neighborhood has the Richmond Hill Disk Golf Course that is free to the public. It is an 18 hole golf course and is surrounded by bike and walking trails. We have a paved 120 foot hillside driveway with 2 level parking spaces at the top, 2 level parking spaces halfway down and room for 8 cars on the slope. Uber and lyft available. Guest state it is about a 10 dollar ride to downtown.
