This house is located only 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and walkable to downtown! As of November of 2018, this house has become a 6 bedroom 5 bath house, that has the ability to sleep up to 15 people (including children). Only 10 adults are allowed. - Complete remodel in 2018 - Wi-Fi & cable included! - Cute outdoor area with plenty of parking - 12-cup coffee maker & supplies - downstairs, and each upstairs apartment has its own. *Please be aware, the backyard is a shared space with the neighboring Alabama Hideaway property.* ** Contact us prior to booking to make sure you get an accurate quote ** *** Read prior to booking: Please be aware that you will be required to sign the Bama B&B Rentals Rules forms and a 45 dollar damage waiver is attached to your booking which will cover for up to 1500 dollars of accidental damages. This will be done outside of BookingDotCom and directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA ***
