Property info

Rockport's BEST location and BEST view (ALL of the pictures you see were taken from this property!). This property is the absolute BEST spot to view the fireworks, boat parades, coastal birds and all the things Rockport is famous for. Enjoy afternoon shade, gentle sea breezes and the world's BEST margarita (-the Yarbarita!), delivered right to your front porch chair. From here you can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing....

Neighborhood info

In beautiful Rockport, Texas. You will be waterfront on Little Bay, overlooking the Beach, the ski basin, the festival grounds, Blue Herons and Porpoises! Plenty of parking available. Also, you can rent and drive golf carts here (you will get a 25% discount on golf cart rentals if you stay with us - you only need a valid drivers license and current auto insurance).
