Welcome to the Americana Condos 10th street, One of Ocean City Maryland’s condo rentals, located downtown at 107 10th street, just a minute away from the famous ocean city boardwalk. The Americana Condos has a private parking lot and is a secure building, with key-card entry and video monitoring. The ground level area is for used for parking. We have and indoor pool on the second floor and a sun deck on the third floor facing the ocean side whilst the condos balconies are facing the bay with its beautiful sunsets. Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors all areas of the condo. The kitchen features full granite counter tops and a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit includes a full size washer and dryer and central air and heat. The building does not allow smoking or pets. The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and coffee table facing a 42'’ high definition LCD TV. Picture your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean city bay side. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down. Now your vacation begins!
