Company info

We opened in 2005. Our property is newly renovated in 2022 . The renovations includes new carpets and wallpaper, new bathrooms, headboards, new tiles and kitchenette and improved common areas. We also manage the Vacation Home at 511 6th street , the Americana Hotel at 913 North Atlantic Avenue and the Americana Condos 10th street at 107 10th Street.

Welcome to the Americana Princess Suites/Condos, One of Ocean City Maryland’s condo rentals, located downtown at 101 6th street, just a minute away from the famous ocean city boardwalk. All units were renovated in 2022, that includes :new paint, all new outlets, new beds, new furniture. The Americana Princess Suites/Condos has a private parking lot and is a secure building, with key-card entry and video monitoring. The ground level area is for used for parking. Our condos balconies are facing the bay with its beautiful sunsets(3 bedroom) and the Ocean-partial view (2 bedroom condos). Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan of our 3 or 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors all areas of the condo. The kitchen features full granite counter tops and a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit includes a full size washer and dryer and central air and heat. The building does not allow smoking or pets. The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and coffee table facing a 42'’ high definition LCD TV. Picture your own private balcony with a beautiful view. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down. Now your vacation begins!

Neighborhood info

We are located on the Famous Ocean City Boardwalk and beach. Our rooms offer a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The Kite Loft is next to us. Trimper's Rides are 0.6 miles away. Fishers popcorn is 0.5 miles away.
