Please Note: This is a 100 percent No Smoking Facility. If you choose to smoke in the rooms and or there is a Pet discovered on premise, then there will be an additional $250.00 fee applied to the stay.

One night deposit is required at the time of booking.

The hotel has the right to pre-authorize up to $250 for incidental fee.

Cancel 7 days prior to arrival to avoid additional fee of 1 (ONE) night room plus tax. In cases of cancellation WITHIN 7 (SEVEN) days of the arrival date, regardless of reason, the guest will be charged ONE (1) night room + tax. There are no exceptions made for medical or family emergencies, inclement weather, missed or canceled flights etc. During special events, graduation and holidays, minimum nights maybe required and cannot be altered.

The property has no handicap rooms available.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of $100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
