Welcome to historic Coupeville, one of the oldest settlements of the Pacific Northwest coast. Kevin and Mandy moved to Whidbey Island in 2026 after busy careers that took them around the country and the world. Our passion is serving our guests and providing a restorative travel experience.

Property info

The Inn is one block from the famous Penn Cove waterfront, Coupeville Wharf, Front Street shops, and restaurants. Please access Anchorage-Inn to view our rooms. Anchorage Inn has 6 guest rooms and serves an excellent breakfast. Guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a traditional style B&B in Coupeville, on Whidbey Island. All rooms have private baths, TV streaming and WiFi, small refrigerator and microwave, and an electric fireplace. The guest rooms have either a queen or king bed, most have water views and some have a balcony. All guests have access to the 2nd floor balcony, and our wrap around porch with a large deck on the 1st floor where you may enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine and watch sail boats.

Coupeville is the only town in America that sits within a National historic preserve. It is the 2nd oldest town in Washington state and hosts, century rides, marathons, as well as art, kite, sailing, art and mussel festivals. We also have marathons, parades, outdoor adventures and more.
