The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and includes an ensuite bath for plenty of privacy. Two additional bedrooms and a second full bath upstairs will comfortably accommodate family and friends. Outside, start your day on the charming front porch with a cup of coffee, or bask in the sun on the back deck that overlooks the creek bed, surrounded by natural vegetation and wildlife. After a day at the beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower before taking a stroll down the community's waterfront boardwalk at sunset. Colington Pointe is a picturesque soundfront community designed for life on the water. Guests have access to a community pool, boat ramp, canals, and a boardwalk. When you're ready to hit the beach, hop in the car and take a seven-minute drive to the Ocean Bay Blvd. public beach access which includes a bath house and plenty of free parking. On your way home, stop for dinner at The Colington Cafe or pick up the fresh catch of the day from Billy's Seafood Market. Pets allowed - dogs only. No smoking/Vaping.
